A lot of confusion here at the airport, our bags seems to be taking for ever, and every one is asking questions, as we have not been told what to do next, a lot of people, like myself, have got another flight to catch from Heathrow , but we are at Gatwick, I’m just assuming that A. they will put me on a flight form here to Brussels, or B organise some transport to take us to Heathrow where I am sure they will book me on the next flight to Brussels, but a lot of people here aren’t coming to that same conclussion and because they receive no news are a little bit panicky
This is bloody ridiculous now. Passengers have been waiting for a full hour now for our bags, just had an announcement that it will be 10 more min, then we go through customs to area J where we will have more information. I’m soooo hungry
