Been wanting to come here and see it for myself for a while now, it is just a few kms north of Stockton, and about 30-40 kms south of Anna bay, so in the Stockton sand dunes, here are some old shots from just weeks after the storm when all is quite again, and a couple from when it just grounded, and then this Australian government report, and finally wikepedia, scroll to the bottom of article to see the now and after style shots, which shows the deterioration of the wreck over 30 years from the elements
Came here with Jac, we rented a 4WD, like I do when I come here to do a photoshoot ( see archives ) butI never actually came here to go exploring, and play tourist
I wonder what that is that the waves washed up on shore from the Sygna
Lots of shells around on the beach
And the fisherman catching lots of fish from the beach near the wreck
