Was looking forward to a nice sunset on take off, but as I was on my way to the airport, I got a message from Qantas to say my flight was delayed by about an hour, so take off was well after sunset, so did not get the camera out till we were about 2 hours out of LA, and that’s when I noticed my crappy window 
like, wtf, look at all those scratches, not going to look good in the photos
