quick snack and coffee in lounge and back on a plane, smaller Embraer for the very short flight to New york ready to go let’s go taxi take off Girard Point Bridge over the Schuykill river Aker Philadelphia shipyards with Philadelphia in the background oh look, an old aircraft carrier Home of the Eagles and Phillies up the Delaware river, border between Pennsylvania and New Jersey need a car Springdale and 295 Delaware River Garden State Youth correction center near Borden town and Trenton Stone Bridge Middle School Raritan Bay, New Jersey on the left and New York on the right Tottenville Staten Island looking over to Newark Staten Island Ferry service and Bayonne Middle Newark Reach and Newark Airport Port Liberty Bayonne oh woauw, flying right over the top of the statue of Liberty Flying over Jersey city, so that means I chose the wrong side of the plane, was hoping to get a good shot of Manhattan lucky for me, kind lady on the other side offered to swap seats ( 8 min before landing, so cabin crew was super fine with it, I can imagine on other flights cabin crew would yell at us to stay seated 🙂 and there we have it, New York City, and can clearyl see Madison Gardens Been coming to New York for over 20 years, and always trying to get a good shot of New York, always pretty much a fail, so the trick is, La Guardia Airport, as opposed to Newark or JFK ( you can see JFK top right and La Guardia on right ) spot your building Hell’s Kitchen Central Park Harlem River and the East River La Guardia Banking over Dunwoodie New York Skyline Hutchinson River Pelham Bridge Black cube, turns out it is the Public Safety Office 278 & 95 coming into to land, with NYC skyline Rikers Island ( one big prison ) landed first time at LA Guardia was known as the shittiest airport, but has recently had a billion ( or 3 ) $ facelift taxi to terminal ok, let the SS25 season begin first sunrise in New York this season
