Clouds Creek, near Nymboida, just north of Grafton Clouds Creek I saw this creek after I crossed the Nymboida River at Nymboida on Armidale road, one of the roads out of Grafton, so I had to just pull over and have a lookHorton’s creek, which crosses Armidale road and runs into Cloud creek, but very dry today water was nice and fresh trusty mode of transport lots of storm clouds about fresh growth, as this all burnt down 3 years ago as I drive towards Ebor, pass a few storm clouds on Waterfall way now, and just had to pull over just outside of Ebor to take another photo of this storm moving across the country sidelargest patches of Daisy’s I’ve seen in a while on the road to Ebor falls, which sadly where closed, the viewing platforms are under renovation after the got badly damaged from those bush fires what a great spot for a Marc Jacobs perfume shoot đŸ™‚ Chandler river from the Wollomombi lookoutnormally a big waterfalls but pretty dry today, but still with a few nice waterpools if you feel like a swim great viewing platform they built there nice bushland along the Chandler walking track will have to come back when it’s not dry spotted do you see him zoom in 2 of them make that 3 hello Edgars look out not as dry, but not flowing either even though all these storms around ( maybe some flash flooding somewhere ) more Kangaroos, at Bakers Creek falls car park Bakers Creek falls, also not flowing nice gullys but no waterfall after Armidale, head to Uralla, then Walcha, after Walcha continue on towards Nowendoc on Thunderbolt way as we are up on the plains and after Nowendoc it is a decent towards the coast we have a temperature inversion cooler sea temperature meets the warmer inland temperature can see it drifting in eerie looking thunderbolt way view from Pioneer look out on thunderbolt way looking west, golden hour gully with Curricabark river Barnard River could be a good sunset yes !! those colours near Tibbuc, along the Manning River loving it at Rookhurst now, getting closer to Gloucester should have stayed up at Pioneer look out a bit longer damn power lines nice 400mm still comes in handy lovely colours those reds in Gloucester now dusk, 30 min later and still awesome colours in the sky next morning wake up at Mill Creek, Stroud, to the deafening sound of Cicadas beautiful spot, and the sound is incredible. I just uploaded a video of this so you can hear the sound ( incredible ) on Facebook, as the file was way too big to upload on my blog, so click here to go to my facebook and hear the cicadaspretty, except for all the invasive privet on the creek banks there are so many awesome spots like this to explore all over the hinterland along the east coast  but would be great to get local councils to get on top of all the lantana and privet I see growing everywhere Nabiac river flowing past Stroud Nabiac river has a very dark colour Stroud country side high bridge over Nabiac on Stroud Hill road to Dungog last look, and now head home

I'm trying to take different routes when I go up and down the coast, with the new motorway from Sydney to Byron, the drive has become very uneventful, monotonous, so now, I take different roads when I have the time, and turn the 6 hour drive into a 2 day journey and I am lucky when I have the time to do so, as there is still so much to explore and see
