Bushwalk in Kuringai, West Head, Flint & Steel beach

view out across Broken Bay with Patonga beach across the bay, shot a third of our way down to the Flint & Steel beach. We been meaning to go here for a while, but problem is, on a typical summer day, it would blow a North East wind, which would make it a bit unpleasant down there, but today it was blowing from the South East, so we made a run for it wasn't me, but some one by name has been here before and left their mark ( naughty, this is a national park f#@kwit ) looking north this time at Lion Island walking down and down and down, made it another nice view of Lion Island, with some of the sail boats returning from watching the start of the Pittwater to Coffs Harbour sailboat race time for a dip now spot the lizard in the tree now, he's following us up the path, big fella do you spot him ? populated time for a pose ( you just got to love those socks pulled up like that ) and Belle comes to the party ! 🙂 girl in bush colour green bursts
