Stockholm’s Bromma Airport ( Heathrow take note )

IMG_5835SonnyphotosI was looking forward to this, I knew there would be a lot of snow at the airport, and there were no delays, late arrivals or late departures. UNLIKE HEATHROW. I am still bitter about the treatment from the result of Heathrow shutting down from an inch of snow on their runway. And then when I did arrive, and my connecting flight out of London to brussel was cancelled, and you see a tiny bit of snow,( and none on the runway ) it really makes you wonder especially when you look at what I am looking at now. Lots of snow, and an efficient airport ( note to heathrow ground crew manager, hey, why don't you send some guys here to do some work experience, so you can get your shit in order next time it snows and not inconvenience tens of thousands of passengers, just because you're not up to the job ! )IMG_5837SonnyphotosAt Bromma, there are no gangways, it's all outdoorIMG_5838SonnyphotosYou walk to your gate, outdoors, in the snow ( heathrow, sure , it's all indoors, but are you feeling ashamed yet, over your pitifull amount of snow )IMG_5841SonnyphotosGate 10, and our plane is at gate 16IMG_5842Sonnyphotosze plane ze plane ( note to Heathrow ground crew manager, erm, look the plane is in snow, surrounded by snow )IMG_5844Sonnyphotosand no , this is not some sort of special "snow " plane , as this is the same plane that also services the route from Brussels to LondonIMG_5846SonnyphotosEven snow on the stairs to plane, the top of plane, side of plane
IMG_5847Sonnyphotosand on the window ( yes, snow everywhere, and no delay or cancellations )IMG_5849Sonnyphotosfueling doneIMG_5850Sonnyphotos clean the snow of the planeIMG_5852Sonnyphotoshmm, wondering of that has chemical isin that are bad for environmentIMG_5853Sonnyphotostaxing away from gateIMG_5855SonnyphotossnowIMG_5856SonnyphotossnowIMG_5857SonnyphotossnowIMG_5858Sonnyphotossnow everywhereIMG_5859Sonnyphotosbut runway is clearIMG_5860SonnyphotosArgument might come back to me to say to Bromma is not as big as Heathrow, so I say , yes Heathrow is bigger, so just a matter of more snow clearing truckstake off, and it's white everywhereIMG_5862SonnyphotosThat straight line you see on the right is not a road but a passage in the river made for the boatsIMG_5864Sonnyphotos IMG_5866SonnyphotosAbove the snow clouds
