Behind the scenes

There is only one on site runway, so between every show, the room has to quickly be turned around agian for the next show, so catwalk ( not raised ) has to be cleaned, now if this was Bryant park , New York, they would lay down fresh fabric in between every show, but here, they had some plastic sheeting, that these guys would clean between every show, than lay down some plastic on top ( which gets taken off at the last minute )

they went through a few scourers

while that goes on, Anthony Lau and his pose from Indigital TV go through the footage of the last and do an edit to then put it up on the monitors in the main room, where people are slowly arriving for the next show
and at the same time

Jarrad, center, goes through the music, timing etc… for the next show with producer and sound guy

While Elle and her assistants go through the run order of the models and outfits

And Shoji uses the time in between the shows to upload his runway shots to sites like Diane's

Then just before the doors open to let the guest in , the models do a rehearsal in the shoes ( get used to them ) to the music, to get the timing right ( nothing worse than a model still on the catwalk and the music has run out )

Then I compare outfit with Aussie boy Ben, camera man for Indigital, and me, he's just got on a shirt where I am in 5 layers
