It is so pretty here, and after all the rain , lots of pools of fresh water just beyond the foredune from the beach
There are a lot of middens to be found around the back of the foredune ( that’s the foredune in the background, after that is the beach ) Now middens apparently is term that comes from the middle ages and originated in scandinavia and basically means domestic rubbish dump, here is a little article from the national parks and while we are at it, a good description of the area from some happy campers
