As this is a muslim country, with mosque’s in every block, there are a lot of times for praying ( just like when I was in Istanbul last September ), so in some odd places you’ll find prayer matts, like here at the bus station, looks like it is a case of you’ll never where you’ll be when it is prayer time, but at least there will some matts close by
