Heat exhaustion/sunstroke ?

Was wondering where the toilet was, and was there all along, I didn’t see it that whole time and just blindly kept walking past it So yeah, urrmm, well, urrrm, yeah, he’s just arrived from wintery europe, so I guess the heat’s getting to him
