Sydney has just finished a climate summit with 6 governments responsible for nearly half the worlds gas emissions , but by the end of it . No targets, no timetables,no carrots and no stick . So basically a total sham ,to try and make it look like they care .(if they did ,they would have signed the Kyoto treaty)
