on our way to Trapani, we have an hour spare before the ferry crossing, so we stop at Mamma Caura for lunchand across the bay there is a european kite surfing championship in progress, looks amazing ( and can't help but wonder how many entanglements )the old windmills to pump the water in and out for the salt farmsreminds me of the salt farm in Pirhan Sloveniawould love to spend some time here and document the process, and hard work those kites :-) and you wonder how long this has been in operation little footbridge different sections in different stages of the process roller to flatten once it is dryer ? ok, lunch and then ferry to Favignana
