The picturesque town of Molveno, Italy with that impressive mountain range as backdrop feeding that lake with its beautiful colour apparently some amazing ferratas up in that mountain range ( not for the faint hearted ) stunningfresco on the church wallok, continue on not much further, on our way to Casa Preti, it is hard not to notice this magnificent looking castle so we pull over and check it out and it is right next door to an Apiarist, and we can see plenty of hives breeding new colonies and or queens lots of boxes right at the foot of the castle ( they move them in winter time out of the snow, so they sit on a metal rack, 4 boxes a rack ) different system with the frames that I am used to they just got dropped off, so looks like they were just harvested and about to be put in the hives again they do have tours , but none available while we were there as I was keen to find out more lot of honey happy bees now back to the castle visit and it is a free entry got to love that this is just open to the public free for anyone to visit love it view from the tower and can see the village Cagno where we are heading to enjoyed that little stop lots of flowers around for the bees
