Broken Hill, also known as Silver Citybet you there's some action here on a friday/saturday night there's 2 main roads back out of Broken Hill, down to Mildura or up and across to Wilcannia. I opted for third option on a smaller road, heading back to Menindee and not even 10km out of town I see this hill just covered in Quartz like a field of Quartz rocks, but on a hill 100's and 100's of them all shapes and sizes a very special place I walked around for about 20 min taking photos walking to the top and as you see around, all the other landscape is the same red/brown earth except for this hill, with all its white Quartz stones would love to come back here and do a photo shoot love this location as I said it's a special place with the 600mm lens, looking at the road ahead and the plains beyond
