For part four of my collaboration with MARCS and ARIA, I had the pleasure to share a cold one with young Owen. Owen is a Bar manager and on the imagery he’s wearing The Rubens band T-shirt by MARCS. Let's jump straight into it.   Owen, do you remember your first band T-shirt? – Oh yes, it was a RUN-DMC tee and I still have it. Or , well, I sort of have it. My girlfriend wears it now… What do you prefer, a live band or a DJ? – Obviously I don’t mind a live act but I prefer to see a DJ. A favourite is Adelaide DJ Driller, a resident DJ at the Sugar Night Club in Adelaide. What’s your favourite ever album? – Hell City Glamours  EP Broken Glass, Beatless Hearts. And best song? – That’ll be Kenny Rogers’s The Gambler, hehe. What makes a great band T-shirt? – Well, first off, it has to be somewhat of a unique design. The band must be really good – and the tee and the band must be related. The whole thing must make sense. World’s best beer brew? – Easy: A Few Of Our Favourite Things, a beer from Young Henry’s containing smoked bacon and black truffles flavours.   This project is a collaboration with iconic Australian fashion brand MARCS and ARIA (Australian Record Industry Association).
