Had a so so surf yesterday, was high expectations for waves today on the point, but it is just shore dump on the beach so I sit on the log on the beach and enjoy the scenery, contemplating to spend a day on the beach or not check that shore dump, nice, should have just run out there with the water cam and got some shots but, the wind will more than likely turn on shore, so we decided to head back to the promised land and woauw, look at this, what a change a day gives, yesterday India wasn't keen on getting in that water. Today , she's the first one out there, and on her own, I'm so proud of her for building up the courage to just go out and do it and overcome her fear :-) the water is a lot colder than the ocean, so that first toe dip sends a chill through your body, but once you commit, it is so refreshing Evan is going to ride the "rapids" on the body board hehehe, belly flop The kids were here ( till the next big rain fall ) was trying to talk Evan into jumping into the river ( was deep enough ) happy family, love how we can just have this amazing spot all to ourselves check out these colourful mushrooms Jacqui found, such intense colour and this bizarre rock creature the look of ouch nothing serious, but have squashed pinky now started raining now, so time to move on, and start thinking about dinner.
