This is a first for me, but I just been robbed !! I was at the train station waiting for the train that goes directly to the airport, the platform was not too busy, but it was all travellers as well, bags and suitcases everywhere. I put my big bag with goodies for my mum on a bench and wedged the laptop between bag and bench, train took 9min to arrive, grab bag and no more laptop, the furthest away I would have been from my bag in those 9min was 1meter,unbelievable, so quick, so quite, bastards. At first I was pissed off, then I was being reasonable, like "oh well, it´s only material, I can always buy another one" but then I thought of all the data, documents and contact details I just lost, damn , that´s the part that hurts. Then it got me thinking again, about how I believe we are living in the current new dark ages. So easy to lose all data and photos,no record left, unlike a photo, you can put in a book or box and find it again 10,20,50 years later, CD´s with images on them will be useless in less than ten years, all those people putting their precious photos on cd, just for them to dissapear. No more shoebox you find in the attic filled with written letters to loved ones ( well, you might still find some now, but in 50 years time ?) Bring back to analogue world, oh, and kind donations for new laptop are always welcome  :-)
